In 1604 - 1625, Francis Bacon, an agent of the Franciscans, promoted the creation of a country to be the antipodean to the secret island labs of Bensalem (Atlantis/Greenland/Antartica), in to provide his "unknown superiors" with an overt site from where they could apply and test the new technologies that were being developed within the covert (secret) hidden labs of Bensalem itself.
The geography now occupied by the USA was chosen to be, temporarily, this "Guinea Pig"; assigned to verify the human engineering principles and concepts the result of using war, pestilence, famine, disease, space exploration and genetically modified food as instruments of human control.
